Potato Spirals





INGREDIENTS

  • 350g potato, peeled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 10g potato starch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 10g parmesan cheese
  • 50g milk


LET'S GET COOKING...

  1. Microwave potato until soft. Then mash until smooth.
  2. Add in beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and mix well.
  3. Transfer potato mixture into a piping bag.
  4. Heat oil to 170 degrees C. Squeeze out potato into hot oil in spiral pattern.
  5. Cook until golden brown. Drain well on paper towel before serving.
